1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders will be processed within 1-5 business days after we receive and confirm your payment (including order preparation on weekends and holidays). Processing times may occasionally extend during peak seasons, promotional periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Once processing is complete, we will arrange shipment.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your shipping destination country/region and are clearly displayed during checkout.
  • The final shipping cost depends on the selected shipping service, package weight and dimensions, and the destination.
  • We strive to offer competitive international shipping rates. You can view estimated shipping costs at any time before completing your purchase.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We currently use DHL Express as our primary international shipping partner. All orders ship from Shanghai, China.
  • Estimated delivery times below do NOT include order processing time (1-5 business days). They refer only to the transit time after your order has shipped.
  • Estimated Transit Times (After Shipment):
    • Major International Destinations (e.g., US, EU, UK, Japan, South Korea, Australia, NZ): Typically 3-7 business days.
    • Other Global Destinations: Typically 5-12 business days.
  • Please Note: These timeframes are standard estimates provided by DHL and are NOT guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors including:
    • Customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
    • Local public holidays or weekends.
    • Unforeseen shipping delays (e.g., weather, transportation issues, flight availability).
    • Incorrect, incomplete, or unvalidated recipient address information.

4. International Orders, Duties & Taxes

  • Important Notice: For orders shipped internationally from Shanghai, China, to destinations outside of China, the recipient may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT (Value Added Tax), or other fees levied by the destination country/region.
  • The recipient (you) is solely responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as customs policies vary significantly worldwide.
  • Payment of these charges is the legal responsibility of the recipient. Typically, DHL will contact you to collect these fees upon the package's arrival in your country or before final delivery. Failure to pay may result in the package being returned to us or destroyed by customs.
  • We strongly recommend checking your local customs authority's regulations regarding potential import fees before placing your order.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your DHL Waybill (Tracking) Number.
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's status in real-time on the DHL website 

6. Shipping Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure you provide a complete, pure ENGLISH,accurate, and validated shipping address (including recipient name, full street address, postal code, phone number, and email) during checkout. 8ON8 is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, recipient refusal, inability to contact the recipient, or failure to pay duties/taxes:
    • The package may be returned to us. If this occurs, we will contact you. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued (if applicable), or you will need to pay additional shipping fees for reshipment.
    • The package may also be subject to disposal or destruction according to local postal/courier regulations.
    • 8ON8 is not liable for any loss resulting from an undeliverable package.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Please review your order carefully before completing payment. Once an order is successfully paid for, it enters our processing system quickly. Therefore, requests to change or cancel an order may not be possible.
  • If you need to attempt a change or cancellation, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at:sales@8on8studio.com . We will make every effort to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee success.
